We want to make it really easy for you so you can book online, make one phone call or email us and you have your babysitter all confirmed for the date you need it is that quick.

We like to keep everything from a client’s perspective as well as a business perspective running as smoothly as possible. Therefore, behind the scenes, there is a lot more happening to ensure that you and your children have the best experience. To this end, we keep a record of the babysitters you have booked before, we like to offer you and your children consistency, you are able to update your relevant information on our database, such as emergency contact numbers, change of address, children’s favourite activities etc. This enables the babysitter to arrive informed and with the appropriate activities in her ‘goody bag’ to engage with your children

 The booking process once we receive your request:

  1. We charge the Agency Booking Fee, then proceed to find you the right babysitter.
  2. We have a list of available ladies, who have already been through our recruitment process. We either choose the same person you have had previously, or, we will select a good match who is available for your specific date and times.
  3. We contact the potential babysitter
  4. Once the babysitter accepts the booking, we provide you with her profile by phone or text. Then send you the confirmation email with your booking details, pricing, terms and conditions.
  5. When you receive the Booking Confirmation Email, you, need to submit the online Client Information Form (emergency contacts, address, pets, parking, and any other additional information, etc) by clicking on the an important link in the booking confirmation email. This will finalise the booking from the client’s perspective.
  6. Once the online form is submitted, we send the Client Information Form to the babysitter prior to the booking date.
  7. The office schedules the booking and completes all administrative tasks.

 

Cancellations:

  1. In circumstances where a babysit needs to be cancelled, the Agency Booking Fee is not refunded and acts as the cancellation fee – covering the Agency for the amount of time spent on each booking.
  2. We then contact the babysitter and adjust our records accordingly.

 

Phew, it sounds like a lot. Every booking and family is different, we love to personalize our services just for your specific needs. This is what we love to do.
