With more than four years of experience working in a busy playcentre—as a party host, barista, front-of-house leader, and eventually centre manager—she brings a strong mix of hands-on childcare experience and calm, confident leadership to every family she supports.
Alongside her practical background, Jessica holds a nursing degree and is currently working toward becoming a children’s nurse. This gives her a solid understanding of child health, safety, and emotional wellbeing, helping parents feel instantly at ease knowing their little ones are in knowledgeable hands.
