Holding a Bachelor of Social Work, Yusra brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her diverse roles in child-focused environments. Her background as a Disability Support Worker, Child Protection Worker, and volunteer facilitator for classes in refugee camps overseas highlights her dedication to empowering and supporting children from all walks of life.
Yusra believes that working with children is an extraordinary opportunity to be creative and imaginative, and she is passionate about inspiring and nurturing the next generation. Her approach to babysitting is centered around making each interaction fun and engaging, using her creativity to enrich the children’s experiences and encourage their own creative expressions.
Being bilingual, Yusra’s ability to speak Afrikaans in addition to English allows her to connect with a broader range of children and families, enhancing communication and understanding in multi-lingual contexts.
